Northwest regional ingredients, with a focus on the freshest product at hand, distinguish the Sun Mountain Lodge dining experience worthy of its many awards. Executive Chef J. Russell Bradshaw has developed a menu to include naturally grown herbs and produce from the Methow Valley, including Crown "S" ranch chicken and cheeses from Sunny Pine farm in Twisp. This is a small representation of local producers and indigenous product available to the Lodge and its dining guests. Sun Mountain Lodge is equally proud of its wine list and 5,000 bottle cellar which features many award winning Northwest wines, some of which can only be found at the Resort.
In addition to garnering the AAA Four Diamond Award for both the Resort and the Dining Room again for 2010, Sun Mountain Lodge is the recipient of the Washington Wine Grand Award for Hotel Dining room/Club at the Annual Washington Wine Awards by the Washington Wine Commission.
